Hillstead Museum
This project was in Farmington CT. Approximately 6,800 square feet existing space. Provided new branch circuitry, devices, and new lighting fixtures, track lighting throughout. Installed a new 1200amp service, wiring for unit heaters. We also installed a new 50kv generator and transfer switch.

Courtland Arms Apartments
This project was in New Britian, CT. It was an existing building, approx. 24,000 sf that was developed into 24 unit apartments. We installed new light fixtures, wiring and circuitry. Installation of a new 1000amp service. Installed a new Fire Alarm system and call for aid. The installation of an apartment intercom system, emergency generator and ATS switch.

This was a project in Downtown Hartford. An existing building,56,000 sqft, transformed into a 68 unit apartment building. Provided power as needed for elevator. New secondary fromthe underground vault to both buildings for the multi service. Provided a new 1200amp main service. Conduits from the new transformer to the main switch gear.
