
Embarking on a career journey in 1999, founder, Kevin Deming of Deming Electric began as an apprentice at a local electrical company. Four years of unwavering dedication led to the acquisition of an electrical license, further progressing to the attainment of a Master License. In 2004, the vision for Deming Electric, LLC was realized, initially operating as a part-time endeavor reserved for nights and weekends. After skillfully balancing dual roles for years, a decisive leap was taken to commit full-time to Deming Electric. Within a year, the team expanded with the addition of an apprentice and journeyman, shaping the company into what it is today with a workforce of nearly 40 committed employees. Aptitudes include leadership, business management, technical expertise, etc.

Darlene Duggan has been a vital part of the Deming Electric team since 2011, bringing over 30 years of construction experience to our company. Initially joining as a part-time employee, her significant contributions quickly led to an expansion of responsibilities into a full-time role. With expertise in project cost analysis, project administration, accounts payable/receivable, compliance, regulatory management and reporting, and tax planning Darlene has played a crucial role in facilitating our remarkable growth. Her commitment to customer service, coupled with her ability to meet the unique needs of each project, has fostered successful working relationships with our clients.

Larry Wood, has been in the electrical industry since 1987 when he first joined as an apprentice at a renowned family electrical company. After four years of hands-on experience and education, he earned his electrical license. Spending another five years with the family business, overseeing diverse projects, Larry decided to broaden his expertise. His journey included roles in hospital maintenance, residential, commercial, and Industrial wiring and codes. In recognition of his hard work, dedication, and growing skills, Larry transitioned from the field to the office in 2004, assuming the role of a full-time Project Manager. Joining the Deming Electric Team in 2019, Larry continues to lead projects, manage teams, and cultivate enduring relationships with clients and colleagues, shaping the future of Deming Electric.

Mike Gerrity, a seasoned professional in the industry since 1989, excels in delivering competitive estimates and project management for large-scale construction projects. Holding an E-1 license in the state of Connecticut, his expertise spans a spectrum of responsibilities, including cost estimating, budgeting, design/build, scheduling, material procurement, risk mitigation, bid submissions, crafting execution plans, conducting material takeoffs, and providing preconstruction services. Mike's commitment to excellence is reflected in his comprehensive approach to every aspect of project management, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.

After high school, Robert Caracciolo started his career in 2006 at a large electrical services company in Connecticut. He pursued education through the Independent Electrical Contractors of New England as an apprentice. After honing his skills,
Robert transitioned to a small, independently owned electrical services operation, where he earned his electrical license. Joining Deming Electric in 2019 as a journeyman, Robert's hard work propelled him to the role of job foreman. With experience leading projects at universities, hospitals, and large office buildings, Robert quickly became Assistant Project Manager in 2023. In this role, he leverages his leadership qualities to foster client relationships and manage projects, showcasing his invaluable contribution to the Deming Electric team.

Chip Centore was a valued member of the Deming Electric team, bringing over 55 years of expertise to the electrical industry. Joining Deming Electric in 2014, Chip played an important role in engineering, design, field management, and project supervision throughout his tenure with the company.
Known for his leadership, technical knowledge, and professionalism, Chip oversaw all aspects of electrical project execution. His steady presence and commitment to quality helped contribute to the success of countless projects and earned the respect of both coworkers and clients alike.
